2026 THE CSNCH WAS ALL LAUSANNE
On 31 August and 1 September 2026, the CSNCH community came together in Lausanne for two days of exchange, discussion and collaboration.
The Employer Forum at EPFL brought Career Services professionals and employers together to discuss current developments in recruiting, the graduate labour market, AI and the changing expectations of students and employers.
At the CSNCH Annual Meeting at UNIL, the focus shifted to our community. Members shared experiences, explored current challenges and worked together on topics ranging from AI in recruiting and new developments in Career Services to strengthening the position and impact of Career Services within our institutions.
A big thank you to our hosts at EPFL and UNIL, to all workshop and session hosts who brought some of the most pressing topics for Career Services to the table, and to everyone who contributed to the discussions.
